Due to the high number of businesses and organizations canceling upcoming events, we wanted to take the time to address any additional questions or concerns that our attendees may have regarding QFX East.

At this time, we will not be making any decisions regarding the cancelation or postponement of our event in May. Though there are travel bans in place, they are (at this time) temporary and may very well be suspended in the coming weeks.  Since our event is more than two months away and since COVID-19 is still relatively new, we do not feel comfortable making any preemptive calls on this matter until we have more information as we simply do not know what the environment will be so far into the future.

Events like ours are so needed and important to the community and we will do everything within our responsible power to ensure everyone’s safety. The health of our attendees is important and we are monitoring the situation on a daily basis to ensure we have the best information possible to move forward.

In the following weeks, we will continue to deliver QFX content, information and programming updates on our social media channels as normal. Further COVID-19/Coronavirus updates will be made available here on a bi-weekly basis to ensure we are updating you as frequently as possible.
